Sylvie Moreau is a senior international executive and former President of Sephora Europe & Middle East, where she led a €4.7 billion business across 23 countries and 14,000 employees. She previously served as President of Coty Professional Beauty and spent more than 20 years at Procter & Gamble.
Throughout her career, she has led major growth and transformation journeys, with a particular focus on building the leadership, culture and organizational energy required to sustain performance. Today, she advises CEOs, boards and investors on growth, transformation and leadership.

Lauren Stiebing
Lauren Stiebing is the founder of LS International, an executive search firm specializing in Sales, Marketing and General Management leadership for the consumer goods industry across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She holds a degree in International Studies from Louisiana State University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Over her career, Lauren has built deep, lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike, earning a reputation for her sharp judgment of people and her ability to craft solutions that balance client needs with candidate interests. Her work has taken her across the globe, fueling a passion for international travel that she carries into her personal life as a collector of currency and a devoted follower of the electronic music scene.
